  • I am the chief investment officer of CalRov CRE Partners, a California-based real estate syndication company. We have deep expertise in new construction and value-add renovation projects. We strive to deliver our investors strong and stable cash flow, with superior annualized returns and robust downside protection.

  • I am actively sourcing boutique deals in Florida, Texas, and other Sun Belt markets. For these smaller assets with exceptional cash flow and returns, I welcome any interested joint venture (JV) partners.
